All transactions made on Charj Karo app for charging your electric vehicle (EV) are final and non- refundable. Once you transfer an amount to your app wallet, it can only be used for charging services and cannot be transferred back to your source account.

We are committed to providing you with the best experience and will address your concerns promptly. In cases of refund, same will be processed within 5 working days.

Please note that this refund policy is specific to the app wallet and does not affect your rights regarding the charging service itself, which are subject to the terms and conditions of the charging station operator.
